Momentum Moments™ is a subscription-based email program. By subscribing, you agree to receive regular email communications from Be A Best Boss™. 4. Boss Stories — Submission Terms

This section governs all Boss Story submissions, whether submitted in written form or as a video recording.

4.1 What You Represent When You Submit

By submitting a Boss Story, you represent and warrant that:

• The story is your own original account and experience
• You have the right to share it and grant the license described below
• Your submission does not defame any individual or organization
• Your submission does not include confidential or proprietary information belonging to a third party
• Your submission does not violate any applicable law

4.2 License Grant

By submitting a Boss Story — in any format, including written or video — you grant Be A Best Boss™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, publish, reproduce, edit, adapt, and distribute your submission in connection with the Be A Best Boss™ brand, website, programs, marketing, social media, training materials, and any other platform or medium, whether now known or later developed.

This license does not require us to publish your submission. We reserve the right to decline, remove, or edit any submission at our discretion.

4.3 Attribution and Anonymity

We will not publish your name or employer without your explicit consent. Submissions may be attributed to a first name, a role, an industry, or marked as anonymous — your preference. You may indicate your attribution preference at the time of submission. If no preference is stated, we will default to anonymous attribution.

4.4 Video Submissions

If you submit a video Boss Story, the license in Section 4.2 applies to the video recording itself, including your likeness and voice as captured in that recording. By submitting a video, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and consent to the use of your likeness and voice as described. We will not materially alter your likeness in a way that misrepresents your story.

4.5 Removal Requests

You may request removal of a published Boss Story at any time by contacting us at the information provided below. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to remove the content promptly. Note that content that has already been distributed — including content shared on social media or included in published materials — may not be fully retrievable.

4.6 No Compensation

You acknowledge that no compensation is owed to you for any Boss Story submission or for any use of your submission by Be A Best Boss™ under the license granted above.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and all content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Be A Best Boss™ makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content for any particular purpose. Use of this site is at your own risk.
